F. WARRANTY
CASCO grants a warranty of two years for the material and production. The warranty does NOT include the
normal wear and tear, or the use or the changes made at the product level by customers, or damages occurred
upon accidents or due to use for a different purpose. In order to check the validity of the warranty rights, it is
necessary to present the original sale supporting document, having the dealer's stamp and the acquisition date.
G. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR SAFETY
The helmet offers significant protection during an impact, but no helmet can assure absolute protection
against personal injuries. For this reason, the user is required to manifest responsible conduct, and to
comply with the circulation regulations regarding public roads.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO CYCLE FAST TO GET HURT!
There were ascertained situations in which serious injuries occurred at the level of the head, or even
accidents leading to the person's death even while cycling at low speeds, EVEN IN SITUATIONS IN WHICH
THE BIKERS WORE A HELMET. The protection offered by a helmet depends on the concrete circumstances /
context, as wearing a safety helmet cannot guarantee the prevention of an accident with the victim's death
or extended invalidity in all situations.
USE A HELMET IN ALL SITUATIONS WHEN CYCLING, SKATEBOARDING OR INLINE SKATING, AND MOVE CA-
REFULLY! THE HELMET CAN ONLY PROTECT WHAT IT COVERS!
Please wear you helmet in the correct position in all situations. No helmet can protect the neck or the uncovered
areas of the head. In order to guarantee the maximum possible protection, this helmet must be properly fixed,
it is mandatory to use in the belts in all situations and have them correctly adjusted based on the instructions.
THE HELMETS SHOULD NOT BE USED BY CHILDREN FOR CLIMBING OR OTHER GAMES IN WHICH THERE IS
A STRANGULATION HAZARD!
WARNING!
This helmet is created exclusively to be used when riding a bike, skateboarding or inline skating. It
is not allowed to use the helmet for other sport disciplines, or when riding a motorcycle.
This helmet is produced of materials about which it is known that if the users are in normal health, there
are no risks of irritations at skin level or other health concerns. However, if you do notice a reaction, do
not continue using the helmet! This helmet was tested and approved in the series production, based on
the applicable norms. The helmet complies with the requirements imposed by the norm regarding shock
absorption, safety when touched and resistance to shock of the belts and the latch. For the disposal of your
helmet, please contact the local company responsible for waste disposal.
