1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This symbol indicates CAUTION. Seri-
ous personal injury and/or damage to
property may result if the instructions
are not followed carefully.
You must read these instructions for
use and the machine's safety instruc-
tions and instructions for use carefully
before starting.
• Please read through these instructions carefully.
Learn all the controls and the correct use of the
unit.
• Carefully read and understand the safety in-
structions supplied in a separate book together
with the machine.
• No one must be between the plough and the ma-
chine when attaching.
• The driver and assistant must always be in vis-
ual contact during attachment.
• The plough must never be used if it shows any
mechanical damage or oil leakage.
1.1 Symbols
The following symbols appear on the machine.
They are there to remind you of the care and atten-
tion required in use.
This is what the symbols mean:
Warning!
No one must be within the plough's op-
erating area after engagement. Risk of
crushing injuries from plough move-
ments during function test and opera-
tion.
Risk of crushing injuries when lowering
the plough. Risk of serious injury.
Warning!
Be careful when connecting hydraulic
hoses. Check the machine's hydraulic
system is not pressurised before con-
necting. Risk of extremely dangerous oil
spray while under high pressure. Risk of
eye injury.
2 DESCRIPTION
The accessory is intended for use on GGP's Titan
machines.
Right and left plough blades can be hydraulically
set to the desired angle independently.
The plough weight is 126 kg.
The dimensions of the different angles are given in
fig. 1.

3 ASSEMBLY

3.1 Mechanical connection

Also refer to the machine's instructions for use.
1. Lower the tool lift and slowly drive the machine
straight towards the snowplough. Note the
alignment through the viewing grille in the ma-
chine's floor.
2. Raise the tool lift to the transport position when
the pins in the tool lift correspond with the holes
in the plough.
3. Lower the tool lift so that the plough touches
the ground without the pins leaving the holes.
4. Raise the tool lift so that the plough is just off
the ground.
5. See fig. 2. Install the locking pins. The left lock-
ing pin is described below. The right locking
pin is installed in the same way, but mirror im-
aged.
A. Insert the locking pin from the outside.
B. Pres the locking pin down over the lifting
beam.
3.2 Connecting the hydraulic hoses
Check the machine's hydraulic system
is not pressurised before connecting the
hydraulic hoses. Risk of extremely dan-
gerous oil spray while under high pres-
sure.
Check that all connectors are clean be-
fore connecting. Contaminants in the
hydraulic oil cause serious damage to
the hydraulic system.
Neutralise any overpressure in the machine's hy-
draulic system by moving all hydraulic controls
forward and backwards several times with the en-
gine stopped.
Clean all connectors that are to be connected.
Connect the hydraulic hoses according to the table
below. After connection, the plough blade is oper-
ated according to the table. See also fig. 3.
