Setting for 300 mbar versions
1. Adjusting the ignition burner pressure
- Operate the boiler in the 2nd stage acting upon the
thermostat(s)
- Connect the pressure gauge to the ignition burner
pressure tap A,
- Adjust the ignition burner pressure to 400 mmCE with
the help of the adjusting screw B of the pressure regu-
lator.
Turning the setting screw clockwise increases the
pressure, turning it counter-clockwise decreases it.
Notes:
the pressure regulator is required to:
- reduce the pressure in the gas pipe located between
the Multiblock and the burner.
- balance the gas distribution pressure variations.
Adjustment is performed with the help of a fine pitch
screw. There are approximately 60 turns between the
maximum and minimum pressure adjustments. Outlet
pressure range: 40 to 500 mmCE.
2. Adjusting the 2nd stage pressure :
- Connect the pressure gauge to the manifold pressure
tap (page 23).
- Operate the boiler in the 2nd stage acting upon the
thermostat(s).
- Adjust the flow in order to obtain the injection nozzles
pressure indicated in § 6 as follows:
- unscrew the non-painted slotted head screw C by
approximately one turn and adjust the main flow turn-
ing the adjusting knob D of the valve.
Clockwise rotation decreases the main flow.
Counter-clockwise rotation increases the main flow.
Note: if the 2nd stage pressure cannot ne reached,
increase the ignition burner pressure acting upon
adjusting screw B.
3. Adjusting the 1st stage pressure :
- Operate the boiler in the 1st stage acting upon the
thermostat(s).
- Adjust the flow in order to obtain the injection nozzles
pressure indicated in § 6 (0,5 x the 2nd stage pres-
sure) as follows:
- Adjust the 1st stage flow with the help of ring E.
Clockwise rotation decreases the flow.
Counter-clockwise rotation increases the flow.
