Locate answering machine:

On a dry, at and stable surface
•
Where the power cable will not be a trip hazard
•
Where it is not obstructed by furniture
•
At least three feet from other electrical appliances
•
Away from smoke, dust, vibration, chemicals, moisture,
heat or direct sunlight
