5. Operation
5.1 Transport
For the purpose of securing the mobile heating
oil/diesel filling station CUBE-Tank Mobil 1,000 l /
1,500 l to the transport vehicle, the container has
side recesses in which the tension belts/lashing
straps can be placed.
The container can be secured in position using
suitable tension belts.
The pertinent regulations for securing loads must
be observed, in particular the StVO (Highway
Code), VDI (Association of German Engineers)
guidelines and European standard CEN 12195
Parts 1-4 (calculation and lashing).
The surface on which the container is positioned
on or in the transport vehicle must be level, sta-
ble and free from sharp objects.
We recommend the use of a non-slip mat for
this!

Example 2:
The mobile heating oil/diesel filling station CUBE-
Tank Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l can be transported
by bolting its transport pallet in place and using a
suitable floor-level conveyor. When transporting
the tank, take note of the high centre of gravity
(tipping point) due to its construction.
5.2 Supplying oil-fired heaters and generators
When supplying mobile oil-fired heaters and
generators, ensure that the flow/return lines of the
mobile heating oil/diesel filling station CUBE-Tank
Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l are correctly connected to
the consumer.
Included in the scope of delivery:
Quick-coupling set consisting of counterpart and
3/8" ET connection with flow and return line.
Note
Tank ventilation and pressure relief
are performed automatically by the
integrated valve.
5.3 Completing the supply
• Switch off consumers (oil-fired heaters,
generators)
• Disconnect quick-couplings
• Lid must be closed and locked with both locks
