CONVECTION
During cooking in convection mode, hot air circulates inside the oven cavity to brown food quickly
and evenly� This oven can be programmed to 10 different cooking temperatures: The maximum
cooking time when using the convection function is 95 minutes� The default time set for preheating is
30 minutes and cannot be changed�
Convection cooking
To cook using convection, press the CONVECTION button several times to set the desired convection
cooking temperature� (110°C~200°C)
For example, to cook at 180°C for 40 minutes, proceed as follows:
1. Press the CONVECTION button several times until the desired cooking temperature is displayed�
2. Turn the TIME/MENU dial to set the cooking time�
3. Press the START/+30SEC/CONFIRM button to start cooking�
4. NOTE: During cooking, press the CONVECTION button to display the convection cooking
temperature�
Preheating and cooking in convection mode
Your oven can be programmed to combine preheating and cooking in convection mode�
For example, to preheat your oven to 170°C, and then cook for 30 minutes�
1. Press the CONVECTION button several times until the desired cooking temperature is displayed�
2. Press the START/+30SEC/CONFIRM button to start the oven� The alarm will sound when the set
temperature has been reached�
3. Open the oven door and then place the dish on the turntable�
4. Turn the TIME/MENU dial to set the cooking time�
5. Press the START/+30SEC/CONFIRM button to start cooking�
MICROWAVE + CONVECTION
This cooking mode allows you to easily combine microwave and convection cooking using four pre-
set programmes� The maximum cooking time that can be set is 95 minutes�
Press the MICROWAVE+CONVECTION button several times to set the desired convection cooking
temperature (110°C-200°C)�
For example, to bake a cake for 24 minutes at 140°C, proceed as follows:
1. Press the MICRO+CONVECTION button several times until the desired cooking temperature is
displayed�
2. Turn the TIME/MENU dial to set the cooking time�
3. Press the START/+30SEC/CONFIRM button to start cooking�
