When connecting multiple sensor from the PPC-CAN-PT series,
be sure that a terminating resistor is used on the connection ca-
ble before the last sensor at the end of the bus.
1 Make sure that all sensors are securely screwed into their measure-
ment interfaces.
2 Screw the terminating resistor into the final sensor. Then fasten the
connection cable to the resistor.
3 Connect the remaining sensors using Y splitters.
4 Connect the Y splitters with the connection cables.
Notice concerning the Speedcon
The connection cable is attached using Speedcon
terfaces. The quick connection itself is initially plugged in and then turned
with a slight turn (a 180° angle of rotation). When plugging in, the marks
on the connector must be aligned with each other.
NOTICE
When connecting the quick connection, be sure that the con-
nections can move freely and are not jammed in any way.
Make sure that you do not over-turn the quick connection.
