4. Whether the tape has really been applied without tension can be tested as follows:
Remove the liner and re-apply it onto the tape again. The maximum difference
between the tape and the reapplied liner shall be no more than 3 mm per 500 mm.
5. The protection liner needs to be removed immediately before bonding to a second
glass.
This guideline is based on the experience with previous and current partition wall systems and reflects the latest state of technology at
the date of its creation. It represents no guarantee for use in a legal sense. We reserve the right of modification in line with technical
developments and possible future regulations of the partition wall industry.
Transfer tapes made of pure acrylic for lasting, transparent bonds

2. Product advantages
Clear bond due to highly transparent adhesive formulation:
The light refraction index of Duplocoll
High internal strength and at the same time high stretch capacity give Duplocoll
an excellent resilience within the bond.
Good initial tack, lasting ultimate bonding strength
Good sealing, absorbing and insulating properties
Excellent stress-absorber
Highly split-resistant
Resistant to chemicals and softeners
Suitable for long-term use, resistant to ageing and UV radiation
By the technology to seal the edges of the adhesive tape, these become dry after
adhesion and resistant against external influences.
3. Main application fields
Bonds where maximum transparency is of central importance, for example in shower
cubicles made of glass, all-glass assemblies, for solar collectors and for acrylic
