Using the radio and internal sounds
Use + or – to set the volume, and { or } to tune the radio or select one
of the internal sounds.
The bottom right icon shows which audio option is in use:
Adjust
volume
To select your audio option

Press the audio button to choose FM radio
or no audio .
• Use + or – to set the volume.
The following sections give more information about the audio options.
To play internal sounds
Bodyclock Shine 300 has an optional alarm beep plus 14 sleep and
wake sounds:
1 Beep,  Tropical birds, 3 Blackbird, 4 Osprey, 5 Goats, 6 Guzheng,
7 Cafe, 8 Steam train, 9 Thunderstorm, 10 Waves, 11 Crickets at night,
1 Kitten purring, 13 Tree frogs, 14 Ping pong, 15 White noise.
