LIGHTS SOLUTION
None If thumb-turn cannot be pulled out it can be
due to insufficient drill depth of the strike
hole. Try to engage NightWatch
door open – if it works with the door open
the strike hole will have to be deepened.
None Installation problem, cylinder tailpiece is
vertical instead of horizontal or vice versa.
Red 1. User code entered differently 1

Red 2. User code has already been assigned –
Flashing select a different user code that you have
not already programmed into the lock.
Note: Due to shared numbers on the buttons, the
code may be entered under different numbers. It
will still work for both numbers – test to confirm.
Red 3. You've already entered the maximum
allowable(20 user codes) number of user
codes.
