USING THE VACUUM PUMP
Applying a vacuum pressure within the blender jug before
blending green smoothies and vegetable dips can enhance
flavours, change the texture and improves the overall taste
experience.
We do not recommend using the Vacuum Pump for all blending
processes. For example, dairy based mixes taste better with
air bubbles.
Also, if your food doesn't have a liquid
element – herbs, spices, or nuts, for
example - vacuum blending will not
have a noticeable impact.
1. To get started, fill the blender
with ingredients and close
the lid firmly.
2. Replace the inner cap of the
blender lid with the inner cap
of the vacuum pump.
3. Place the Vacuum Pump
on top of the Inner Cap
with Vacuum Valve.
