5. The monitor functions and mounting options

Use the included AV cable to connect the monitor to an external TV or display.
Menu
Press the menu button on the monitor or the OK button on the remote control to access the menu.
Press the down button to step through the different menu options.
Resolution: Choose between VGA(high) and QVGA(low) resolution.
QUAD: Turn this on to see all your cameras at the same time.
CAM 1,2,3,4: Set to ON to view the camera.
Pair CAM: Use this setting when using more than one camera. See chapter 9.
System Setup:
– Brightness: To set the brightness of the monitor.
– Frequency: Use this setting when using the AV output, to match with the frequency of your external
display.
Factory Reset: To reset the monitor to the factory settings.
Signal indicator
The better the signal from the camera, the higher the frame rate will be. If choosing the lower resolution
mode, QVGA, the possible frame rate is higher than the standard VGA mode. You can change this by
pressing the Zoom / QVGA button on the remote, or via the monitor menu.
