5 Troubleshooting

5.1 Error Tones

When robot is in trouble, it will emit a series of short or long beeps and the red indicator on robot
will be solid or flashing.

Four beeps
Cause
Robot's bumper is stuck.
Robot's drop sensors are
dity
Robot is stuck on the
ledge of a staircase and
cannot reverse.
Robot's power level is too
low.
Cause
Robot's left/right wheel
is stuck.
Robot's side brush is
stuck.
Robot's suction fan is
stuck.
Robot's rolling brush is
stuck.
Solution
Tap robot's bumper several times to dislodge
any debris that may be trapped underneath.
Clean the drop sensors gently with a dry cloth.
Place robot in a new location.
Use a ohysical barrier to block o the problem area.
Manually charge robot for at least 5 hours.
Solution
Turn o robot and remove any hair or debris
from the left/right wheel.
Turn o robot and remove any hair or debris
debris from the side brush.
• Turn o robot and remove any hair or debris
empty the dust collector.
Make sure the suction inlet is not blocked by any
hair or debris.
Turn o robot and remove any hair or debris
from the rolling brush.
