Maintain a clearance of at least 100 cm
around the appliance to flammable and
combustible materials.

Do not use the charcoal barbecue in
potentially explosive atmospheres or at
locations with flammable materials. These
include fuel storage areas such as below
deck on a boat, fuel line or tank areas, as
well as areas in which the air contain
chemicals or particles, e.g. cereal, dust, or
metal powder, and all other environments in
which you are normally instructed to switch
off your fuel engine.

If the fat ignites during cooking and flames
appear, turn the control dial (9) counter-
clockwise to the "OFF" position and take the
meat from which the fat is dripping off the
stainless steel grate (1). Once the flames
have disappeared, you can increase the fan
speed again using the control dial (9) and
