General Note: Please consult all local plumbing codes before installing Watts
floor and wall cleanouts.
Watts floor and wall cleanouts are an important and necessary element of the
plumbing system. Cleanouts are required by all plumbing codes for providing easy
access to vertical and horizontal drainage lines and stacks. Cleanouts provide a
means of efficiently removing obstructions such as grease, solids, hair and other
common clogs. Cleanouts must be adjustable to finished floors, aesthetically
pleasing, gas and watertight, and provide easy plug removal. Frequently neglected,
cleanouts offer optimal efficiency to the plumbing system when installed at maximum
specification.
