• Press and hold the power button to turn on the speaker.
To power it off, simply press this button once again.
VI. Advanced operation
Note: Before installing this product, please make sure your
device has the built-in Bluetooth
If your device is not Bluetooth

Pairing the speaker with your phone
1.
Place both devices not more than one meter away from
each other.

Set your Bluetooth
phone to "discover" the wireless speaker.

Turn the speaker on by pressing the power button.

Upon powering on, the blue LED will start blinking slowly
every two seconds, to indicate that the speaker has entered
into the pairing mode. We recommend setting the LED
lighting mode to off in order to better identify the status
of the LED light.

If your mobile device is NFC-capable, make sure the function
is enabled first. Simply place it on top of the sensor on
the side marked NFC, to instantly establish a Bluetooth
connection, in a convenient one-step pairing process.

Otherwise, follow the set up process of your own mobile
device, in which case, upon discovering the wireless speaker
(KWS-612), it will ask if you want to pair with it.
Accept by pressing Yes or Ok on the phone. If you have a

lower Bluetooth
version, you may be prompted to enter the

passkey=0000 (4 zeros).

If pairing is successful, an audible tone will be heard, making
the blue LED flash once before it continues blinking fast
every second. Also, your phone will confirm with a notifica-
tion message that the connection has been established. If
after 60 seconds the pairing process fails, please repeat steps
1 through 7 described above.

The speaker will automatically re-pair with memorized
mobile devices once they fall back within communications
range, the Bluetooth
function is re-enabled or when they are

turned on again after being powered off.
10.
To put the device back into the re-pairing mode, hold
down the play/pause and handset button for a few seconds.
