the purchase price of the device. During the second year, the user must demonstrate that
the failure of the device comes from a manufacturing defect. This limited warranty applies
insofar as permitted by law to any spare repair or replacement of the device for the
remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever is more
extensive. This warranty applies only to hardware components of the device which have
not suffered external damage, such as those mentioned above. Any accessories or
consumables are excluded.
