WARNING!
• Only properly trained personnel are allowed to use this vacuum cleaner.
• Do not use the compressed air hose to pull the vacuum cleaner. It can tip over.
• Do not use the compressed air hose with a divided machine.
• Make sure all modules, hoses, and cables are securely fastened before use. See figure 14
and figure 15.
• Secure compressed air hose with a cotter pin and safety chain before use, see
figure 1(A).
• Do not use if the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C.
• Do not expose the body to vacuum inlets when operating the unit.
• Always use proper protective equipment such as safety shoes and hearing protection.
• Always use proper protective equipment where there is a risk for exposure to dust, see
figure 8.
• Watch your head. The height of the frame is low.
• For adjustable frame, do not make height adjustment when the silo is filled with
material.
CAUTION!
• Use the correct filter for collecting wet material.
• Turn off vacuum cleaner if liquid or foam escapes from it.
• Make sure compressed air pressure is between 6 and 8 bar.
• If wet material is to be vacuumed, use a float ball and filter designed for that purpose.
• Make sure to correctly assemble the filter bag when changing from wet to dry collection.
NOTE!
• Make sure the manual discharge valve is closed before starting the vacuum cleaner. It
cannot be accessed during operation.
• The float ball can be removed when collecting dry material.
• Clean the filter after each use.
• When the filter is clogged or the pre-separator is full, suction power is reduced. Clean
the filter and empty the pre-separator. See Section 6 Maintenance.
• For vacuuming wet material, when the container is full, the suction flow is shut off by the
float ball. Turn off the vacuum cleaner before emptying the container.
• For best results, adjust the gulper head depending on the type and weight of material to
be vacuumed, see figure 6.
Turn on the vacuum cleaner as follows:
1. Connect the compressed air hose to the ejector top. See figure
2. Open ball valve on ejector top to start vacuuming, see figure
