12.0 WARRANTY
a) Our firm warranties the good working of all the agricultural and industrial machines we commercialize for a
period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
b) The warranty covers a period of 6 months if the machine is assigned to professional use or hire.
c) The guarantee covers the replacement free of charge of any mechanical or electrical parts that should result
faulty due to manufacturing blemishes or defects in material.
d) This guarantee is limited only to the replacement of those faulty parts returned to us..
e) This guarantee does not cover those parts which are subject to wearing which is due to normal use such as:
Cutting blades, circular saws, saw chain, guide bars, belts etc.
f)
It is understood that all those parts acknowledged by us to be faulty and consequently replaced free of charge
under guarantee are to be kept by us.
g) The fact that we accept to replace faulty parts free of charge, can under no circumstances be used as a pretext
to extend or suspend payment terms already agreed upon.
h) While the machines are still under guarantee, they cannot be ceded permanently, re-sold or exported, otherwise
the guarantee will no longer be valid.
i)
Our firm declines all responsibility for damage to person or things even if the machines in question are still
under guarantee.
