My wrist shaker doesn't vibrate when I have an incoming
call.
Make sure you've registered your wrist shaker. If you purchased your wrist
shaker separate from your phone, you need to register it. Please see Step 4 of
Getting Started on page 6.
If you have registered you wrist shaker and it still doesn't vibrate with an
incoming call, you may have moved out of range of your phone. Move closer
to your phone.
My display is fl ashing red.
The battery is low. Recharge your wrist shaker by placing it on your charger
unit. To fully charge, it will take about ten hours.
