Novovent is grateful for your confidence in our products in their purchasing decision. The NOVOVENT
SL axial fans are designed and manufactured for industrial, commercial, residential and / or any other
application, where fans are required or need to be provided for ventilation, extraction, aspiration, air
renewals, etc.
The Novovent axial fans models are composed by the following serial fans:
• AXIAN PIROS, AXITUB PIROS, AXITUB PIROS WINDER, PIROS BOX and PIROS BOX WINDER:
designed and developed for high temperature applications inside of the risk area. Resistant to 400ºC 2h,
300ºC 2h and 200ºC 2h for industrial, commercial and any other application where is required air renewal,
smoke extraction, ventilation, air changes, etc. In their basic working principle, they consist in:
1. Airfoil design aluminium blades with variable pitch angle under Multiflow Novovent System.
2. Smoke Extraction Motor.
3. Casing under different configurations.
Generally, these units are designed for smoke extraction in emergency operations and air changes for
normal applications.
• AXIAN, AXIAN SOLID, AXIAN POWER, AXIAL, AXIAL SOLID, AXIPLUS, AXIAL WINDER, AXI-
TUB, AXITUB SOLID, AXITUB POWER, AXITUB WINDER, AXI BOX, AXI BOX SOLID: designed
and developed for standard temperature applications. Working temperature from -30ºC up to 70ºC for
industrial, commercial and any other application where is required air renewal, ventilation, air changes,
etc. In their basic working principle, they consist in:
1. Airfoil design aluminium blades (SOLID, POWER and WINDER models) or plastic blades with varia-
ble pitch angle under Multiflow Novovent System.
2. Casing under different configurations.
• AXI EEX, AXITUB EEX: designed and developed for explosive atmospheres. Working temperature
from -30ºC up to 70ºC for industrial, commercial and any other application where is required air re-
newal, ventilation, air changes, etc. In their basic working principle, they consist in:
1. Airfoil design aluminium blades with variable pitch angle under Multiflow Novovent System.
2. Explosion-proof Motor.
3. Casing under different configurations.
This instruction manual supplies the necessary information for the transportation, the installation, opera-
tion and maintenance for these axial under safety working conditions. Lack of observation of the details
found within this manual, and an inadequate installation of the unit may cause the withdrawal of the wa-
rranty supplied with the equipment.
Furthermore, NOVOVENT SL will not respond to any eventual damage, whether direct or indirect, caused
by the incorrect installation, or for damages caused by the installation being effectuated by inexperienced
or unauthorised personnel. Verify, upon acquisition, that the apparatus is complete and supplied as des-
cribed. Any eventual disputes must be presented in writing within 8 days from the reception of the goods.
