POwERLINE AV NETwORK ADAPTER
SETUP (DHP-306AV)
plug the powerline aV network adapter
(dHp-306aV) into a power outlet close to
your router. connect the included cat5
ethernet cable to the ethernet jack of the
DHP-306AV
powerline aV network adapter (dHp-
306aV), and plug the other end of the
cable to your router as seen in Room a.
POwERLINE AV 4-PORT SwITCH
SETUP (DHP-346AV)
plug the powerline aV 4-port switch
(dHp-346aV) into a power outlet in the
room where you want to extend your
home network to, as seen in Room B. the
power led should light up to indicate that
the device is receiving power.
plug an ethernet cable to one of the
ethernet ports located on the powerline
aV 4-port switch (dHp-346aV). plug the
other end of the cable to your pc, game
Medium
console, media player, Internet tV, or other

device as seen in Room B.
note: When a connection has been established
between your powerline devices, the powerline
led on each device will be lit or flashing.
If you want to set security on your powerline
network, make sure your powerline devices are
all plugged in, then press the simple connect
button on the back of the powerline aV 4-port
switch(dHp-346aV) for about 3 seconds. the
power led will start to blink. You now have 2
minutes to press the simple connect Button
on your powerline aV network adapter (dHp-
306aV) to automatically configure them to

create a secure network connection. For more
information, please refer to the user manual for
each device.
