INSTALLATION
• Insert light head into the curing light handpiece with a twisting motion. Put the handpiece in the
charging station as shown (Fig.1). Ensure the light head and handpiece are both fitted securely.
• Plug in power transformer connection to the charging station and power supply.
• Station power indicator light will be on if power is connected.
• Once connected, press the ON/OFF switch. Handpiece display screen shows the last selected
time and CH (charging) or FU (charged) in sequence. Handpiece display will automatically turn off
after one minute of charging or not being operated. Battery is still charging even when the display
is off, if the station is connected to power supply. When battery is full, charging will stop automatically.
• The battery is not fully charged prior to shipment. Please charge the battery for a minimum of
4 hours prior to first use.
• To check the battery, press and hold the time switch for 6 seconds, display screen will show:
a.) FU – Battery is full
b.) 4.1 – 3.5 – Battery is normal
c.) Lo – Battery is low
• When battery is low, curing light circuit will automatically compensate for power output or turn the
light off. Always recharge the curing light when the battery is low Lo .
• Plug in transformer to handpiece to recharge directly for easy transportation and mobility if necessary.
