Disposal
Completely dismantle the Clamp assist and separate into the following material groups:
Wood composites
Either recycle wood composites or dispose of as special waste. Disposal is to be carried out in
accordance with the valid regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant
information from the authorities.
Light metals (aluminium, magnesium and other alloys)
Light metals must be recycled. Disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the valid
regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the authorities.
Ferrous metals (steel, grey cast iron)
Metals must be recycled. Disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the valid regulations
and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the authorities.
Plastics with material marking
Either recycle plastics or dispose of as special waste. Disposal is to be carried out
in accordance with the valid regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant
information from the authorities.
Electrical components
Electrical components usually consist of several components (plastics, metals, electrical
components with environmentally hazardous components). Electrical components are therefore
to be disposed of separately. Disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the valid regula-
tions and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the authorities.

Operating agents
Operating agents are special waste and disposal is to be carried out in accordance with the
valid regulations and the relevant local regulations. Obtain relevant information from the
authorities.
Batteries
Used batteries/ used rechargeable batteries of devices can be returned to the collection
points of the sellers (dealers). You are thus making a valuable contribution. In some cases,
municipalities also take back used batteries and rechargeable batteries, for example via
hazardous waste collection vehicles or at recycling centres.
Disposal centres, authorities
In accordance with EC Directive 75/442/EEEC with the addenda 90/656/EEC, 91/156/EEC,
90/692/EEC and 94/3/EEC, the operator is responsible for disposal of the
Clamp assist in accordance with the regulations. To this end, he can take the Clamp assist to
an authorised private or public collection company.
