33. WARRANTY TERMS

The warranty period is 36 months. The warranty does not cover wear parts
or illegible / non-existent serial numbers, as well as damage caused by
improper operation and / or misuse, by use of other than original spare parts,
unsuitable packaging or any other reason that cannot be attributed to the
Carbest »products«.
Always observe the warnings in the user's manual. In the event of a warranty
claim, send the appliance, if possible, in the original packaging and with all
accessories, a note from you with your address and phone / fax number and /
or e-mail address, and a copy of the proof of purchase to the above address,
carriage paid (sender pays shipping costs). Packages that are not pre-
paid will not be accepted. Reimo Reisemobil-Center Gmbh will assume no
liability for transport damages to appliances that are not sent in the original
packaging! Before sending an appliance, please contact us at the above
address, phone number or e-mail address, if you have any questions. Some
problems can be solved by our service and support department by phone or
e-mail.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Reimo is in no case liable for collateral damage, consequential damage or
indirect damage, costs, expenses, loss of use or loss of profit. The indicated
retail price of the product represents the equivalent amount of Reimo's
limitation of liability.
