12. TROUBLESHOOTING

Do not attempt to open or repair your device. You may expose yourself to
dangerous electrical components or pulsed light energy and cause serious
harm to yourself. It will also void your warranty.
Problem
My device does not start.
There is no light pulse
when the device touches
my skin.
The skin tone tester light
and the ready light blink.
One or more lights blink. The device has malfunctioned.
The device has stopped
working and is in standby
mode.

Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly connected to the
device and that it is plugged into an electrical outlet on
the wall.
Check that the device is connected and the ready light
is on. Make sure that the treatment window is evenly
and firmly pressed to the skin and that you are moving
the device across your skin.
It is also possible that your skin color is too dark.
The skin color is too dark.
Press the control button again to start the device.
Only authorized personnel are permitted to perform repairs.
If the device fails, unplug immediately. For problems or
queries, please contact Customer Service.
