Basic electronic (E1): This machine is currently most
commonly used and is configured by default.
-
Electronic + electric battery (E2): Select in this case to
control an electronic machine and an auxiliary electric
batter. The centre will run a protocol to enable the battery
where the required order temperature is not reached.
3.2.1.2. Mechanical
machines:
equipment thermostat is replaced and the zoning system
takes over complete control by enabling all components using
the machine connection relays.

Basic Mechanical (M1): Control of compressor, V4V and
inner fan.

electric
compressor, V4V, inner fan and auxiliary electric battery.
The latter will be enabled where the required order
temperature is not reached.
-
Mechanical with 2-stage compressor (M3): Mechanical
machine control with two compressors.
-
Mechanical +CMV (M4): Select to enable a Controlled
Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) system from the MASTER
thermostat.
Standard parameter modification: Certain parameters (Opening and closure timing, 4-way valve excitation, etc.) can be changed in each machine type
depending on the protection equipment connected to the control centre.
-
Fan closure delay: This adjusts the closure delay time of
the last grille to offset the closure delay of the machine's
inner fan.
-
Compressor timing: This sets the compressor start-up
timing (4 min) in the event of them not being fitted to the
equipment. (mechanical only).
-
4-way valve: This is configured depending on the
operating mode in which the valve is excited. (mechanical
only)
Follow the attached diagram to modify the standard
parameters.
3.2.2. Air Conditioning + heating installations: The KRC+ centre is connected to air handling unit (basic electronic type only) and to a boiler for
heating using water (Ask for the main diagram for the type of connection to radiators or underfloor heating).
3.2.2.1. MULTI-ZONE Air Conditioning + SINGLE-ZONE heating: This provides conventional, multi-zone control of the air handling unit and single-
zone control of the heating boiler.
- The zoning system normally operates using the air conditioning equipment.
- The MASTER thermostat of the zoning system acts as a central thermostat for the heating, which means that other controls in the home can
be disregarded.
To configure it, follow steps to 4 of the top diagram in that page, and select Electronic+Single-Zone Heating. (E3) Confirm by pressing ENTER.
3.2.2.2. MULTI-ZONE air conditioning and heating: With an additional expansion module, multi-zone control of the air handling unit (flaps and
motorised grilles) and the heating equipment (water valves) is possible. See the documentation of the corresponding module

THERMOSTAT CONFIGURATION
4.1. Positioning thermostats: Distribute the thermostats in a significant place in each of the zones to be air conditioned. Place at a height of
approximately 1.5 m, avoiding direct sources of heat and undesired draughts. Avoid placing them close to metal items.
4.2. Programming thermostats: Each thermostat must be allocated to the control panel and with the motorised regulation of the zone it controls
(outputs 1 to 8 on the board) following the steps below:
