SAFETY WARNING
The automatism described in this guide is designed for automating sectional doors and gates. Given to any other operator used improperly,
which invalidates the guarantee given to the product.
WARNING: You are about to conduct operations in a mechanical system classified in the category of automatic gates and doors and, as
such, failure to comply with safety standards can result in personal injury or property damage.
The respective installation and service must be performed only by trained personnel to provide such service. It is the responsibility of the
installer to comply with all safety standards.
Unqualified personnel or has no knowledge of hygiene and safety standards applicable to automatic doors and gates shall in no way
implement or install this type of system.
The person who installs or assist this machine without observing all safety regulations shall be liable for any damage, injury, cost, expense,
or claim that anyone suffers as a result of errors in assembly / service of this product.
DESCRIPTION
The automatism requires a power supply of 230V AC 50Hz and has a 24V DC motor. When the gate is opening or closing, the transaction
may be disrupted by the use of safety devices (pull the string manually, transmitter, wallbutton and photocells, if installed). An encoder
sets the positions of opening and closing as the slowdown at the end of the course that reduces the speed and noise gate. A radio receiver
with frequency 433.92Mhz is embedded in the central command and is saved in the center through the technique of Auto Program. As
an alternative to this receiver embedded in the center, are accepted all receptors that may be connected. The drive is designed to give
maximum reliability, security and flexibility of use. The auxiliary power supply for photocells or external receivers output is capable of
feeding equipment which does not exceed 250mA.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read the instructions carefully;
- Make sure that the structure of the door is solid and capable of automation;
- Make sure that there are no points of friction during movement of the door;
- The door must be balanced;
- Make sure that the engine is connected to a 230V source, properly protected with ground wire.
Keep in mind that there are specific rules that must be observed as regards the safety of electrical installations and automated doors.
Beyond legal requirements and standard to be followed, the following points should also be observed:
1.
Prior to installation, check the surrounding area. Carefully evaluate any hazards that may cause property damage (moving vehicles,
falling branches of trees, etc.). Possible contact with foreign bodies (insects, leaves, etc.). Infiltration or flooding, among others;
2.
Check if the voltage level is the same as that mentioned in the requirements of this manual and motor;
3.
Check for proper electrical short-circuit/over-voltage protection, and grounding in electrical box;
4.
Be careful with central: Some components can be damaged if handled incorrectly;
5.
Make sure you have all the material and that it is suitable for this type of use;
6.
Read the entire manual at least once;
7.
Before starting the installation, carefully analyze all risks relating to the automation of the port. Make sure the door automate is in
good condition and that mechanisms are in good working order; observe safety standards and minimum distances;
8.
Evaluate with particular attention to safety devices to be installed and the respective location; ALWAYS install a device for emergency
stop, in order to interrupt the power to the motor, if necessary;
9.
Once analyzed the risks, install the engine and the related safety accessories, STOP button and / or photocells;
10. During the installation of an engine properly follow the manual instructions if some points are not clear, do not install the engine until
you have fully understood the questions with the Technical Department.
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONNECTIONS
1.
Power of photocells or external receivers;
2.
Contact the photocells;
3.
Earth GND (negative supply, common photocells and START);
4.
START button (Wall or key selector).
To safeguard the automation and avoid damaging components during connection, disconnect it from the electrical current during assembly.
Remember that there are clear and strict rules that must be followed, both having to do with installation of electrical systems, such as
those having to do with automatic doors. The installer will be responsible for any damage caused.
NOTA: Contact the Technical Department to obtain the wiring diagram in case of doubt.
