3.2 Installation conditions
The place chosen for the installation must meet the following characteristics:
•
Protection against dust.
•
Protection against excessive humidity and heat sources.
•
Protection against atmospheric agents.
•
Temperature of operating atmosphere between +20 C and +25 C.
•
Easy connections.
•
Proximity to magnetic fields and high-power lamps must be avoided.
•
Prevent the FAP from being exposed to the sun.
•
Do not obstruct the vents as this would prevent the heat produced by the unit from being
dissipated correctly. The minimum distance from the ventilation grills to walls or other obstacles
must be 30 mm.
•
Do not obstruct the air inlets on the front.
3.3 Installation precautions
On receiving the unit, the checks indicated in section 1 must be made.
Moreover, it is necessary to carry out a visual check that the location is adequate by checking its
characteristics (clean, free of leaks and with good ventilation); the floor must be level and have sufficient
load resistance for the equipment. It is also necessary to check that the fastenings on the equipment are
in good condition and that there is no rust. The unit is secured by means of 4 of the 5 anchoring points, 2
to the wall and to the floor with M8 / M10 bolts. Before fixing the unit and if the floor is not correctly
levelled, use the legs to level the unit
The drawing indicates the dimensions of the anchoring points.
