VII. Warranty
5 years for the heat emitter of the DECOWATT radiant heater and 2 years for the program-
mable electronic thermostat.
The warranty period runs from the purchase date as it appears on the invoice or receipt.
This warranty is enforced in addition to any pertaining statutory right.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any claim under warranty is subject to the acceptation and application of the following terms
and conditions :
• This warranty is only valid for an indoor use and in dry spaces.
• This warranty only covers defects arisen during the manufacturing process. It does not
extend to damage caused by third parties (for example, damage incurred during transport
or installation).
• No warranty shall be offered for damage resulting from abuse, improper use, accidents
or natural disasters, nor for damage incurred from other unusual circumstances in a re-
sidential setting.
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance and cleaning, overload, or moisture is
also excluded from this warranty.
• The warranty is void should the products not be installed as per the manufacturer's re-
commendations.
• The warranty is void if the products have been installed despite of the presence of visible
defects.
• CEANOTHE retains the right to inspect the damage on-site after a reasonable inspection
date which would have had been agreed upon, in order to ensure that the situation is in
conformity with the warranty terms and conditions.
• This warranty cancels and replaces any other warranty. The warranty coverage is subject
to the version of said warranty in place at the time of purchase.
• Further to the finding of a defect covered by this warranty, the manufacturer will handle
necessary repairs or replace the product with a new one for free.
• Further to the implementation of a warranty, the replacement product will benefit from
the same warranty for the following years.
NB : Our commitment is limited to supplying a new product. The cost incurred by installation
or other costs pertaining to these operations are not covered.
