6.2 Extinguishing of Biofireplace.
Burning biofireplace is estinguished by cutting off the air supply to the fire. To put out
the fire in the appliance use the control element to close completely the bio-containers
fuel tank. Bio-fuel tank and other biofireplace components exposed to flames or hot
air may still be very hot even several minutes after the fire was extinguished. Before
re-ignition, wait until the biofireplace reaches room temperature.
CAUTION !!!
It is forbidden to extinguish the biofireplace with water or other liquid. In case of
ignition of a spilled bio-fuel, use a powder extinguisher or cut off the air supply
to the fire by using non-combustible material.

7. Maintenance
All maintenance activities can only be performed when the biofireplace is extinguished
and frigid. Biofireplace should be cleaned regularly. Casing elements and bio-conta-
iner should be cleaned with damp cloth and a non-caustic cleaning agents suitable
for the type of material.
