TROUBLESHOOTING

If your appliance is not working properly:
Problem

turning on.

taking too long
to heat or not
heating enough.

Possible cause
• There is no power
going into the
appliance
• The appliance
may not be able
to draw enough
operating power
from the outlet.
Temperature and

time setting may
need to be
adjusted
• Assembly may not
be fully connected
• Make sure the power cord is
properly connected to the
heating element.
• Make sure the power cord is
plugged into an electrical
socket.
• Switch the power cord to an
outlet that has no other
appliances attached to it.
• Change the cooking time
and temperature
accordingly.
• Disassemble the appliance
and reattach the fan
component. Follow
instructions in the removing
the electric fan section.
