Child Fit information

Harness Mode
Children must:
1. Be at least two years of age; and
2. Weigh between 25 and 65 lbs (11.3 and 30 kg);
3. Stand between 34 and 49 in (85 and 125 cm)
in height; and
4. The top of the child's ears
must be below the top of
the head restraint when
seated; and
5. The harness straps
must be in the closest
position at or above
the child's shoulders
when seated.
Booster Mode
NOTE: Britax recommends booster mode only after the
child outgrows harness mode.
Children must:
1. Weigh between 40 and 120 lbs (18.1 and 54 kg); and
2. Stand between 44 and 63 in (110 and 160 cm)
in height; and
3. The top of the
child's ears
must be below
the top of the
head restraint;
and
4. The vehicle
shoulder
belt must lay
straight across
the center of the child's chest, with the shoulder belt
guide positioned above the child's shoulders; and
5. The lap belt is routed under the armrests, low across the
child's upper thighs.
