LINK Operation :
1. Water pump runs 3 mins ahead of heat pump and switches off 3 mins after heat pump .
2. When reaching a setting temperature, water pump runs 3 more mins and switches off.
3. Water pump switches on once every hour and runs 3 mins, when it senses a temperature drop down
to 2 degrees, heat pump will switch on .
-Connect the heat pump to a suitable electric power supply. The voltage must correspond to the
machine's nominal voltage.
- Connect the ground.
- Depending on the location, install any required lightning-proof devices.
- Protect the circuit with a suitable circuit breaker or fuse.
- The power cable and the signal cable must not come into contact. Otherwise interference with the
control signals may occur.
Special cases
In the event of an unexpected power cut, the heat pump automatically restarts. Check the settings
and adjust if necessary.
In the event of an expected power cut, switch off the heat pump. As soon as the power is
restored, switch on the pump, check the settings and adjust if necessary.
Always switch off the machine in stormy weather.
USE
Preparing the pool (first use)
- Fill the pool with mains water. Avoid using well water which may have variable and unknown
characteristics. If you cannot use mains water, use the Aqualux BLUE MOON anti-scaling product that
will prevent any possible discomfort.
- Clean the pool, the skimmer and pump pre-filters and backwash the filter.
- If the sand in the filter is more than five years old, replace it or clean using a filter anti-scaling agent
from the BLUE MOON by Aqualux range.
- Adjust the pH to 7 – 7.4 using MOONMINUS by Aqualux PH – or MOONPLUS by Aqualux PH +.
- Add the MOONCAL by Aqualux anti-scaling agent.
Proceed with shock treatment using MOONOXYCHOC by Aqualux liquid active oxygen (1
-
litre per 10m3).
Always observe the filtering times according to the temperature in order to save the disinfecting
products.
Always stop the pump before working on the filter valve and then switch it on again.
