CHAPTER 4. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS.
Do not use tap water as cooling liquid, we recommend using the following mixture:
Every time the connection extension coolant liquid connection tubes are connected, the air must be
purged as indicated in Chapter 3. If there is air in the cooling circuit the pump will not supply water to the
circuit.
In order to give to the equipment have a long life we must follow some essential rules for maintenance
and use. Abide by these recommendations.
CORRECT MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT WILL AVOID A GREAT PERCENTAGE OF
4.1. MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS.
Before carrying out any operation on the machine or gun, we must place switch A of the equipment in
"O" position of machine disconnected.
Specialized personnel must handle the machine to carry out maintenance and repair operations.
BLOW THE INSIDE OF THE MACHINE WITH COMPRESSED AIR FROM TIME TO TIME.
LOCATE THE EQUIPMENT IN A PLACE WHERE CLEAN AIR IS CONSTANTLY REPLACED.
KEEP THE MACHINE PANELS CLOSED.
DO NOT DISCONNECT THE MACHINE IF IT IS HOT.
If you have finished the work do not disconnect the machine immediately, wait until the inner cooling
system has totally cooled it.
CHAPTER 5. ANOMALIES. PROBABLE CAUSES. POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
SYMPTOM. ANOMALY.
THE COOLING MODULE
DOES NOT WORK. THE
GREEN LIGHT DOES NOT
COME ON.
THERE IS NO COOLANT
LIQUID CIRCULATION
LOW FLOW OF COOLING
LIQUID
SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL MUST CARRY OUT ANY WORK ON THE EQUIPMENT.
BOTH AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF A REPAIR, BLOW THE INSIDE OF THE EQUIPMENT WITH
CHAPTER 6. SAFETY MEASURES.

75% DISTILLED WATER + 25% ALCOHOL.
PROBABLE CAUSE.
The cooling module has not been connected to
the power source
The cooling module protection fuse is open
The coolant liquid tank is below the minimum
level necessary. Low level lamp G is on.
There is air in the coolant liquid circuit. The
pump does not charge. Low pressure lamp F is
on.
The cooler pump has blocked.
Faulty pump.
Blocked extension tube or very long
Faulty torch.
There are air bubbles in the circuit.
COMPRESSED AIR.
FAULTS.
Connect the cooling module to the power source.
Replace protection fuse.
Fill the tank with coolant liquid above the minimum
level necessary:
75% Distilled water + 25% Alcohol
Disconnect the extension cooling tubes from the
cooling module. Purge the air as indicated in
CHAPTER 3 of this manual.
Make the pump unlocking as indicated in chapter 3.
Checking flow in the cooling module's output.
Checking flow before and after of extension tube or
torch.
Verting and refilling with liquid
POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
