Pre-installed:
Read the label and use instructions provided with the product carefully. Lubricate the chain for the first time.
DESCRIPTION:
Hoists include a transmission system with symmetrical wheels straight teeth and double effect (see diagram).
Principle of operation:
The principle of operation is as follows: The wheel arm (9) rotates in the direction of clockwise on simple pull chain arm
(15). This rotation causes a pressure of the friction plates (11) and the ratchet disc (14) on the braking system (10), causing its
turn rotates all of these parts. The shaft drive (5) the drives (8), the pinion shaft (7) and the grooves (6) rotates. Thus the
pinion of the load chain (4) mounted on the grooves, of the active load chain for stable and smooth lifting of the load. The
Braking is provided by a ratchet disc friction plates equipped with single-acting. Braking is maintained during loading and dog
(17) meshes with the ratchet disc by a spring (16), which ensures safety in braking.
Warning:
Overload Control: The hoist is very dangerous if you load in excess (2 T). If you are in this situation, please stop
the operation immediately and please ask a professional to check your product. Overloading can cause major damage
parts.
* Lifting load: Make sure the area is clear (no people around) and start lifting slowly pulling the string in the
direction «U».
* Lowering of the load: Make sure the area is clear (no people around). It may be necessary to appIiquer an effort
to avoid additional friction between brake components.
After use: Remove dirt on the chain hoist, inspect hooks, latches and chain to ensure they are
still operational. Suspend the hoist, place in a dry, clean and free from moisture.
Inspection:
A visual inspection of the product is required before each use.
Chain: Examine the hooks to detect any damage. If the safety lock does not fit the bracket, replace the
hook due to overcharging. Check if the hook rotates smoothly. Check safety lock.
The hoist should be checked by a specialist repair center at least once a year. Keep a history of audits.
Generalities:
Read and follow the instructions in the instruction manual from the first commissioning. When repairing
or maintenance, use only original spare parts. Always have the instructions for use in the vicinity of appareiI and available to the operator and the
person in charge of maintenance.
USES:
To check the brake load lift slightly and then stopping once. If you encounter any problems, you can continue to raise
your responsibility. The position of the hoist must be between the load and the point of suspension. Make sure the hooks are properly seated and safety
latch is engaged. The hoists can be connected to any type of truck, crane or mobile crane.
Before use, carefully check the hooks, lifting chain, brake operation and lubrication of the body.
For safe use, you must follow these rules:
1. Do not attempt to lift a load greater than the lifting capacity of the hoist.
2. Do not leave a suspended load or voltage unattended
3. Do not raise or lower the load too quickly.
4. While placing the load in the middle of the hook and the load on the vertical axis of the hoist, never pull the load through,
5. Do not twist the chain,
6. Do not raise the load too high and too close to the hoist body,
7. Do not walk or stand under the load
