Troubleshooting

DESCRIPTION
The command zone switches off due
to an excessively high temperature
Continuous (permanent) key
activation is detected. The interface
switches off after 10 seconds.
Call customer service and report the error code
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The temperature inside
the electronic parts is too
high
Water, pots or kitchen
tools are on top of the
user interface.

Wait for the hob to cool
before reusing it
Clean the surface,
remove any objects from
the surface.
