Steps for Installation
Please read installation instructions carefully and follow the steps below to hook up
your dishwasher.
Caution: If, after completing these steps, you are unsure that unit is properly
installed, contact a qualified installer. To ensure that your appliance is
properly installed it is recommended that you get a certified installer.
In order for this dishwasher to work, the following are required:
• HOT WATER SUPPLY (cold can be use as well, see page#17 under "checking
water temperature section")
• DRAINAGE FOR USED WATER
• ELECTRICITY: 115 VOLT, 60Hz Outlet
• GROUNDING
• HORIZONTAL FLAT SURFACE
1. You dishwasher must be placed on horizontal flat surface near by the sink.
Placing the dishwasher as near to a sink as possible to allow for proper
installation of the water inlet and drainage hoses.
2. Connect water inlet hose to the hot water faucet and to the water inlet valve on
the back of the dishwasher. (Quick Connect Sink Adapter is supplied)
3. The other end of the drain hose must be placed properly in the sink or at your
drain outlet in order to let used water drained out from the dishwasher.
Note: The drain hose must be placed into a drainpipe or sink at least 1-1/2" in
diameter. Use the gooseneck to hold hose in place. The minimum size of
drainpipe must be 1-1/2" in diameter. The height of drainpipe must be
15-3/4" maximum. To avoid possible water back up, the drain hose must
reach height of at least 36-1/2" maximum.
4. Plug in the dishwasher to a regular 115 Volt / 60 Hz, 15 Amp. Outlet.
Note: Inspect carefully for any water leak around and back of the machine. If any
leak occurs, double check to see if any connections are loose. You may need
