3.3. Inverter Selection and Intervention Thresholds

The units are set according to a standard configuration:
- Inverter power supply voltage = 480Vac (690Vac for the BUy-1065-6 model and 575Vac
for the BUy-1075-5 model)
- Intervention threshold = 775Vdc (1150Vdc for the BUy-1065-6 model and 965Vdc for
the BUy-1075-5 model)
The BUy1065-6 and BUy-1075-5 models are not provided with the voltage

selection switch.
The braking unit intervention threshold must be set according to the value of the inverter
power supply voltage, which the braking unit must be connected to.
It is possible to select just one braking threshold.

* The 640V threshold is used exclusively to maintain the compatibility with the inverters
of the AM31 series.
The 400Vac mains voltage requires the 680Vdc threshold.
