Problem
The system does not
start
The attachments (legs,

Solutions
Press the power button to turn the control unit on.
Check that the power supply is securely connected to the
Normatec 2.0 control unit and the electrical outlet.
Check that the wall outlet works.
Tap the start button to start the session.
Check that the hose is securely connected to the Normatec 2.0
control unit and that the attachments are securely connected
to the junction box.
Check that the attachments do not have an air leak.
Check that the hose is securely connected to the Normatec 2.0
control unit and that the attachments are securely connected
to the junction box.
Check that the attachments do not have an air leak.
Check for leaks in the hose or attachment. Check that the
connectors are firmly connected.
Plug in the control unit to charge the battery.
Please see page 10 for battery functionality.
Turn on Bluetooth on both the Normatec 2.0 control unit and
the phone attempting to pair with the Normatec 2.0 control unit.
