1.- Before machine first use and before plug, clean carefully the blade and all parts that might
be in contact with food.
2.- Turn the switch on and let the machine race about 2-3 minutes before use.
Look to see that the machine is running properly before use.
3.- Fill the container with the food. If necessary, cut it into smaller pieces before filling it in. Make
sure not to fill in more than up to the max. filling level, which is marked with -MAX.- on the
container.
4.- Put the lid on. (The appliance does not switch on if the lid was incorrect to put onto the con-
tainer). Put the motor onto the appliance and plug the mains plug into a socket. Press the
motor down. As soon as you let it go, the motor stops. Wait until the knife stands still.
1.- Always turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning.
2.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of
utensils which could damage the different parts and surface of the mini chopper.
3.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it.
4.- Removing the blade cover away from the blade when cleaning.
5.- Warnings for blade cleaning:
a.- Wear a safety glove when the slicer is in operation.
b.- Do not touch the edge of the blade.
c.- This is a dangerous operation use caution and be careful.
6.- ATTENTION: Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it.
This machine is not waterproof.
7.-Minimizing blade rust:
a.- Wipe the blade with a dry cloth at the end of each shift or day.
b.- Spread a layer of cooking oil on the edge of the blade with dry cloth.
