b : Check the working life of your battery after first charging it.
Set the ON/STAND BY switch on the STAND BY position (note the time).
A1 : illumination of the green indicator indicates presence of the MAINS voltage.
A2 : extinction of the green indicator indicates that the RECTIFIER module is off.
A3 : illumination of the green indicator indicates presence of the OUTPUT voltage.
Select the I
indicator using sequential push button BP1 :
B/B
- the value measured and displayed indicates the current that the battery is supplying to the installation.
(the green indicator in front of the display illuminated shows the direction of the current).
Select the U
indicator using sequential push button BP1 :
R/R
- the value measured and displayed indicates the discharge voltage of the battery.
The OUTPUT indicator, the display and the current direction indicator on the front panel extinguishes.
Note installation shutdown time.
Check that the real time of the discharge corresponds to the working life required.
Rest the ON/STAND BY switch to the ON position :
A1 : illumination of the green indicator indicates the presence of the MAINS voltage.
A2 : illumination of the green indicator indicates correct operation of the RECTIFIER.
A3 : extinction of the green indicator indicates absence of the OUTPUT voltage.
Select indicator I
- the value measured and displayed is the programmed battery limitation current
(switch unit S1 of the TITAN board).
When the automatic reactivation voltage threshold is attained, the three green indicators on the front panel
illuminate and the alarm relays are operational.
The installation is POWERED once more.
A battery that is 80% discharged is recharged in 12 hours
(at the end of charging, the battery current is a few mA).
3 - Adjustment :
Adjustment of a specific battery voltage : U RED (TITAN and TITAN - S RANGE)
This adjustment should always be made with the battery circuit open
(fuse F2 removed or one of the battery cables disconnected).
If you are using an OPTION board, see ANNEX : OPTION.
To adjust the rectifier nominal voltage of the constant charge voltage, use potentiometer P1 of the TITAN board :
Adjustment range from : 52.8 to 55.2V for U = 54V
With the TITAN range, under no circumstances should the user voltage be different from the BATTERY charge or
maintenance voltage.
If the user voltage must be less than the battery charge or maintenance voltage, specify the correct model from the
TITAN - S RANGE.
Adjustment of the output voltage of the regulation module : (TITAN - S RANGE)
To adjust the user output voltage on the series regulation module, use potentiometer P1
of the control board (adjustment range from 46.5V to 53V).
NOTA : Dry contact alarm relays JR1: Mains presence / JR2 : Correct operation of rectifier module
