III - QUICK MAINTENANCE :
1 - Fuses :
TITAN models
TITAN BOARD
Functionnal input F1
(6.3 x 32)
Output F2
(10.3 x 38)
CONNECTION TERMINAL PLATE
Built-in FAux. (5 x 20) *
* only on 48V models
A spare set of fuses is appended with the instructions. Use them, or only use fuses that are strictly identical (distribution
lines protection fuses, fast fuses) in value and speed.
2 - Assistance with quick maintenance :
If the circumstances are not as described on page 8 and 9 of the user guide, perform the checks below :
A1 : illumination of green indicator indicates return of AC MAINS power.
A2 : illumination of green indicator indicates that the RECTIFIER is operating.
A3 : extinction of green indicator indicates that there is no OUTPUT voltage.
 Illumination of the TITAN board indicator indicates operation of the RECTIFIER.
Check the rectifier voltage with the batteries connected :
- if U RED  2.05V/Elt  check the condition of your batteries,
- if U RED  2.05V/Elt  check the connections between the TITAN board and
for the TITAN range : the electromechanical contact switch (W1).
for the TITAN -S range : the series regulation module (STAB).
If the voltages at the input are correct (power and control),
consult your Engineering and services Department.
A1 : illumination of green indicator indicates presence of AC MAINS power.
A2 : illumination of green indicator indicates that the RECTIFIER module is not operating.
A3 : extinction of the green indicator indicates absence of OUTPUT voltage.
⚫ extinction of the indicator on the TITAN board indicates that the RECTIFIER module is not operating.
Check the position of the ON/STAND BY switch, if it is in the STAND BY position, switch it to On.
Check the condition of input fuse F1 of the TITAN board, if it is defective, then check that there is
no short circuit before replacing it.
Check the ambient temperature, if it seems to be greater than 40 °C, ventilate the unit or the room.
If you cannot identify any problem, reset the unit by switching the ON/STAND BY switch to the STAND BY
position for one minute.
If all the indicators illuminate, check carefully for variations in the nominal rectifier voltage.
It should not be greater than 13.5, 27V, 54V.
If it is greater, or if the RECTIFIER indicators remain extinguished,
consult your Engineering ans services Department.
If the fault persists or does not fit any of the circumstances described above, contact your
Engineering and Services Department
