Monthly maintenance

The interval of maintenance depends on the mode of operation, however it should be performed
at least once a month:
 Unlock eccentric locks and unfold planer tables
 Disassemble the side cover

Mortising table
2 Adjusting cylinder of

3 Power unit
4 Feed and out feed rolls
5 Table bearings
6 Sliding surfaces of
mortising unit
7 Height adjustment of
mortising unit

General cleaning of housing and housing interior

Cleaning of the surface

Apply the surface with lubricant

Cleaning and lubricating of the sliding surface

Lubricating of drive chain and sprockets

Check the tension of the chain tensioner

Check the tension of the v-belt and tighten if it necessary

Cleaning the rolls

Cleaning and lubricating of the table bearings

Cleaning and lubricating of the sliding surface

Cleaning and lubricating of all levers and spindles

