• Lubricate the axis.
• Use a new bit and check the bit adjustment, the

• Replace the work piece.
• Replace the bit or hone again.
• Fix and splice a wooden board in the back or
the work piece.
• Replace bit.
• Replace supports.
• Secure the bit correctly.
• Replace chuck.
• Clean the surfaces.
