To position the main column:
1. To position the main supporting column lift it into the vertical position. The front hand wheel will automatically drop into the front slot
and should be tightened fully
To assemble the knee pad:
1. Remove the handwheel at the top of the column.
2. Slide the U shaped bracket over the column ensuring the rubber ferrule is at the bottom and the knee pad is facing forwards.
3. Once the knee pad is at the desired height, tighten the knee pad handwheel to secure it in place. Replace the handwheel at the top
of the column.
To assemble the handle bar:
1. Press in the bullet catch that protrudes from the bottom of the handle (3) tube.
2. Slide the handle tube into the main column tube. The bullet catch will engage in the hole in the side of the main column tube.
Please Note: the handle should not be extended beyond this point during use.
3. Press the bullet catch in and lower the handle to the desired height. Holes in the handle tube provide a positive location for the
handwheel. Ensure the handwheel is in a hole and tighten to secure the handle.
To fold the Orbi-Turn:
1. Loosen the folding mechanism handwheel.
2. Raise the handwheel to allow it to clear the base bracket.
3. Lower the column and handle to the floor.
4. To return the handle and column to the upright position, raise the column into the vertical position. The folding handwheel will drop
into the front slot of the base bracket. Tighten the folding handwheel to secure the column in place.
