Your Resting Heart Rate is a useful reference for tracking your fitness progress. As you
gain fitness, your Resting Heart Rate will lower.
NOTE: it is recommended to check your Resting Heart Rate just after waking in the morning. For best results, check your Resting
Heart Rate under consistent conditions.
In Resting Heart Rate mode,
