Recommendations for use

In order to guarantee the correct sealing of the sachet it is recommended that the machine be placed on a flat floor with
no slopes or dips.
Pay attention to the packaging of products that are sharp-edged or irregular in shape (bones, fishbone, cheese crust,
etc.) because they could create small tears in the sachet that are difficult to see.
It is recommended that sachets be proportional in size to the product being packaged in order to avoid prolonging the
duration of the operational cycle.
- To guarantee a good level of vaccum inside the sachet, it is recommended that embossed sachets be
used for sealing bar models MSD300P-300-400-500.
- To guarantee a good level of vaccum inside the sachet, it is recommended that smooth sachets be used
for bell-shaped models MCD300-400-450-444C-554C-755C-776C.
- The sealing bar models MSD300P-300-400-500 are in no way suitable for vacuum packaging of liquid
products.

End of the day cleaning

Remove the plug from the electrical socket at the end of the day.
•
Accurately clean using neutral products.
•
Clean the external parts of the machine with a damp sponge.
•
Do not use metallic pads and abrasive detergents.
•
Clean the sealing bar thoroughly removing any plastic residues.

The filter should be cleaned every time large quantities of liquid that are suctioned in during the vacuum phase, are
deposited on the filter. Such process is undertaken by unscrewing clock-wise the glass bulb and emptying out the
content inside taking care to clean said container before reassembling it counter-clockwise. If the quantity of liquid inside
the glass bulb is small (condensed) it is enough to unscrew the nut at the base of the bulb turning it clock-wise, thereby
draining the liquid, and afterwards screw it back on turning it counter-clockwise.

Extended periods of disuse

For extended periods of disuse, turn off the main wall switch, clean the machine and cover it with a cloth to protect if from
dust.
