Caution!
The fitting is spring-loaded.
For this reason, the link of the FB-1-D has always to be in the open position
!
(as on delivery). If not, there is a risk of injury!

1. Adjusting the spring tension:

Due to the large adjustment range this adjustment has to be made by means of an electric
screwdriver to both fitting parts. The electric screwdriver has to be set to a low torque.
The adjustment carried out at the two fittings must be even.
(position of scale r/h fitting = position of scale l/h fitting)
Turning clockwise increases the spring tension, turning anti-clockwise decreases it.

2. Function check:

The FB-1-D is adjusted properly, when the flap stays open in each position from apprx. 45°.
