Thanks for your purchase of a KOENIC product.
Please read this manual carefully and keep it
for future reference.
Before first time use
Before using the appliance, it must be cleaned
as described in Cleaning and care.

Boiling eggs

1. Prick the egg by use of the measuring cup.
2. Place up to 6 pricked eggs on the egg tray.
3. Fill the measuring cup completely with cold
water and pour it into the water bowl.
4. Place the egg tray onto the base unit.
5. Close the lid.
6. Use the boiling time control to select the
desired degree of hardness:
Soft
Medium
Hard
Press the On/Off switch to start the boiling
process. The appliance beeps when the set
hardness level is reached. Switch off the ap-
pliance. Open the lid. CAUTION: Hot steam
will escape. Remove the egg tray and im-
mediately rinse the eggs under cold water.

Cleaning and care

1. Unplug the appliance from the mains
supply and allow it to cool down com-
pletely.
2. Clean the Base unit and lid with a damp
cloth. Do not immerse it in water. Any
residues in the water bowl can be removed
with a mixture of water and vinegar. Run
one cycle with fresh water afterwards. Dry
thoroughly.
3. Clean the attachments thoroughly in warm
water and a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
4. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents.
